Carlos Giovanelli

Carlos Giovanelli has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry

havin. g acted in several management positions at Citibank since 1980.

Mr. Giovanelli acted as Vice Chairman of Citibank Argentina, leaving at the end of 2002 to  create D&G. Prior to that he acted as Vice President of Strategic Planning ,Senior Credit  Officer and member of the Senior Management of Citibank Argentina, with regional  responsibilities. He also acted as Board Member of Siembra AFJP and Vice Chairman of the  Argentine Banking Association.

In 1989 he moved to Citibank New York, International Corporate Finance Division, actively  participating in the Argentine privatization process. In particular, he was involved, among  others, in the privatization process of Compañía de Teléfonos (ENTEL). When he returned to  Argentina in 1992, he was named Director of the Corporate and Investment Banking  Division.

He is currently a member of the Board at Havanna, Banco Macro and of all the companies currently in Inverlat’s portfolio

Mr. Giovanelli studied Economics at the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Damian Pozolli

Mr. Pozzoli acted as Head of Investment Banking for Deutsche Bank from 1997 to 2003. In

that period he was one of the most active participants in the leveraged buyout activity in  Argentina advising, financing and investing in a wide number of companies and industries.  In those positions he acted as Chairman of Interbaires and Black Gold, and Board Member of  several companies such as Havanna, BGH and Banco Liniers Sudamericano. He was also in  charge of managing Compañía de Alimentos Fargo on behalf of Deutsche Bank as secured  creditor of the company.

Prior to that, from 1992 to 1997, Mr. Pozzoli acted in several management positions for ABN  AMRO Bank in Buenos Aires, Amsterdam and New York. He acted as Head of Debt Origination  Latin America, Heaf Equity Origination Latin America, and Corporate Bank Head for  Argentina.

Priot to that, Mr. Pozzoli acted as Manager for Citibank Argentina from 1988 to 1992.

Mr. Pozzoli is a CPA from the Universidad Catolica Argentina, where he currently holds  several teaching positions in its Master in Finance and Masters in Business Administration  careers.

Currently Board Member at Banco Macro, Cablevision Holdings and of all the companies currently in Inverlat’s portfolio.

Guillermo Stanley

Guillermo Stanley has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry,  actin.g in several management positions for Citibank in Argentina. He entered Citibank in  1986 as Vice President in charge of Government and Institutional Relationships. In 1989 he  added responsibilities over Financial Institutions and Public Sector. During the 1990s, Mr.

Stanley was an active participant in both the sovereign debt restructuring process, and in  the privatization process of Argentine state owned companies.

Mr Stanley started his professional career at Banco Nación in Argentina en 1966. He  represented Banco Nación in London from 1973 to 1975. During 1975 acted as Exports  Manager for Fate División Electrónica. In 1976 started working for Carles Compañía  Financiera, as Commercial Manager until 1981, when he was offered a position as Chief  Financial Officer for Bridas Oil Company. Years later he acted as Director for Government  Relations for such company.

He was a member of the Board at IDEA, AmCham and FIEL among others and is currently in the Board of CIPPEC, Havanna and Banco Macro.

Federico Salvai

 Mr. Salvai is a lawyer and journalist who has held several prominent roles in the public sector over the past twenty years, before joining Inverlat as a Partner in early 2025.

He began his career at the General Audit Office of the Buenos Aires City, later serving as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Social Development. In 2013, he was elected to the Congress of Buenos Aires City, and in 2016, he was appointed Chief of Staff to the Governor of the Province.

After concluding his public service career, Mr. Salvai transitioned to the private sector, founding Pragmatio Consulting, where he advised leading local and international companies.

He holds a degree in Management from IAE Business School in Buenos Aires.
