INVERLAT capital base is provided by its partners and by a number of  local investors, mainly families, that believe in the investment  opportunities that exist in Latin America and are willing to be active  participants in the re-capitalization of leading corporations, pursuing a  financial return, where exit is not necessarily the main value generating  factor.

INVERLAT is not a private equity fund. We are a Private Investment Company that funds its transactions on a case by case basis with a closed group of Argentine based Family Offices that share our investment, corporate development and ethical values
